Sydney Fish Market – GetSashimi

Located within the New Sydney Fish Market, GetSashimi is a contemporary commercial hospitality project delivered by DBMG, featuring a thoughtfully designed dining space that blends modern aesthetics with functional design. The project incorporates selected finishes from Show Tile, creating visual depth and character throughout the venue. With Maestro Moon Chevron on the FOH wall, Maestro Coal featured on the Sushi Train wall, and Kit Kat Concave detailing across the counter and FOH wall, the space achieves a refined balance of texture, pattern, and atmosphere.
