As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our diverse range of tiles, and contributing to the overall success of our showroom.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their tile and design needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal, ensuring displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and showroom promotions.

Qualifications:
